Our journey began not in a boardroom, but in a garage. From an early age, we embraced entrepreneurship, dismantling Volvos, repairing parts, and selling them successfully—even to our teachers. With our father’s experience as an export manager in the auto parts industry, we gained invaluable insights that fueled our passion for business.
After completing our studies, we expanded beyond local markets, trading auto parts internationally. Traveling across Africa, the Middle East, and the U.S., we sharpened our business acumen and recognized inefficiencies in the European automotive market. Garages lacked access to real-time data, relying on outdated, manual processes. We saw an opportunity to revolutionize the industry.

In the mid-90s, amidst a cluttered home office filled with CDs and spare parts catalogs, our vision became clear: to build the largest digital auto parts catalog in Germany. This led to the founding of Eucon Informationssysteme GmbH, pioneering data-driven solutions for the automotive sector.
2000s
Within four years, 12,500 garages across Germany were using our platform—proof that data was, indeed, the new gold. Over time, Eucon became the world market leader in auto parts pricing, setting new standards for data-driven decision-making in the industry.

With this expertise, we expanded into new industries, applying digital transformation to insurance, real estate, and beyond. Anatolij Pjatkow joined Oosenbrugh Group in May 2022 and oversees our properties as the person responsible for maintenance and service, as well as the construction manager for all (new) construction projects.
Anatolij is a state-certified industrial foreman and brings many years of experience in a large industrial company in Sauerland. Besides German he speaks fluent Russian.

Janina Stöber has been working in property management since December 2024.
With over 10 years of professional experience in sales and property management, she has extensive expertise in the property sector, in-depth knowledge of project development and four years of practical experience.
Janina is a trained property manager, state-certified business economist in the field of housing management & real estate credit and a certified trainer.

Marcel is founder and managing director of Oosenbrugh Group.
Marcel has been an entrepreneur and investor for more than 25 years. He is a co-founder of Eucon Group and together with his team has built the company into the world leader in auto parts pricing and aftermarket intelligence.
Marcel is a member of the shareholders’ committee of the Eucon Group and Chairman of the Board of Marketparts.com. He loves motorsport and runs his own racing team.

Sergej Fischer has been working for us since November 2024 and is responsible for maintenance at our properties.
Sergej previously worked for several years in a concrete plant in the Sauerland region.

Bernd Litmeyer joined Oosenbrugh Group in 2019 and is responsible for M&A, portfolio management as well as controlling.
Previously, Bernd worked for over 5 years in various areas across the group, most recently as Director of Operations and Business Development.
Bernd is a trained industrial clerk, state-certified business economist and certified business process manager.

Jens Merkel has been employed by the Oosenbrugh Group since 2009 as a safety officer and supervisor for fleet and mobility management.
Jens completed vocational training and was self-employed before joining us.

He has been developing companies and actively shaping their growth for over 30 years.
As an entrepreneurial thought leader, he has built Eucon into one of the world’s leading innovation companies in various industries.
Maurice is a member of the Eucon Group Shareholders’ Committee. In his spare time, he is passionate about nature, hunting and the restoration of historic buildings.

Timo Welling has been an authorised signatory for the Oosenbrugh Group since November 2024.
With over 10 years of management experience in the real estate, private equity, insurance and automotive sectors, he has extensive expertise in finance and controlling, digitalisation and strategic corporate management.
His passion for technical innovation is not only reflected in his professional expertise, but also in his hobbies such as diving and travelling by motorhome.

Felix Fröhlich has been Head of Property at the Oosenbrugh Group since February 2024.
Before joining the Oosenbrugh Group, Felix worked for over 4 years at a Viennese real estate company, where he developed approx. 170,000m² of residential and commercial space.
He was also Managing Director of the in-house insurance company. Felix was born in the Rhineland, lives in the Ruhr area and is fascinated by the Sauerland.

Luise Luges has been working in Office Management since March 2023.
Prior to Oosenbrugh Group, she worked 3.5 years as an assistant planner/manager in an architectural firm.
Luise is a trained businesswoman for office management.

Melanie Borggräfe has been working in financial accounting for the Oosenbrugh Group since June 2025.
Before joining the Oosenbrugh Group, Melanie worked for over 15 years in various management positions in the areas of finance, controlling and human resources in the hospitality and healthcare industries.
